Off-Campus Housing

The WPI Residential Services Office also provides off-campus apartment listings. Listings are divided into 1,2,3 (or more ) bedroom apartments. Check the listings online.

There are several companies in the city that specialize in finding apartments for clients. A few of them are: Worcester Rentals, +1-508-755-2032; Apartment Directory, +1-508-799-6737; and Frommer's Apartment Rentals, +1-508-791-1440.

The local newspaper, the Worcester Telegram and Gazette, is another good source of securing off-campus housing. As a rule, the week's most complete housing section appears in the Sunday and Friday editions. Housing advertisements are also published in the Worcester Magazine, a weekly, free-of-charge paper, available on campus at the entrance to Daniels Hall, or at local grocery (supermarket stores), and drug stores.

On-campus Housing

WPI does not provide housing for graduate students on campus. If space is available, Residential Services offers graduate students the opportunity to live in undergraduate housing. Contact the office at +1-508-831-5645 if you would like to explore this possibility.

Feel free to contact the Residential Services Office if you have any questions regarding the information on this page.
