Computer Help Desk
On-campus facilities, equipment, and support available to students at all campus locations. The Computing & Communications Center (CCC) Helpdesk provides WPI students with technical assistance on supported computer products. The Helpdesk can assist you with setting up computing accounts or connections with WPI's computing resources. The Helpdesk can be contacted by telephone at 508-831-5888 or by e-mail at helpdesk@wpi.edu. On-campus labs, equipment, and support are available to all students regardless of course location.
