Graduate Student Info (PDF) - This document contains information about basic on-campus resources to help you get started at WPI.

Health Examination Report (PDF) - This document provides information about required immunizations for graduate study in the US, as well as a health examination report to be filled out by your health care provider. This document must be completed and on file in the Health Center prior to the start of classes.
